By purchasing from or using velqnutrition.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

2. Products and information

Velq is a food product, not a medication. Ingredient amounts shown on this site are targets for the launch formulation and may be refined before the final printed panel. Nothing here is medical advice.

3. Orders and pricing

We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order, including reservations, with a full refund of amounts paid. Founding reservations are credited toward your first order.

4. Returns

See Shipping & Returns for the full policy, including the 30-day window and damaged-shipment replacements.

5. Content

The Velq name, wordmark, packaging artwork and site content are our property. Don't reproduce them commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
