Founding orders ship in sequence as each batch is released. You'll get a tracking email the day your order leaves.
Orders leave our facility within two business days of batch release.
Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship
All 50 US states. International shipping isn't available for the founding batch, join the email list and we'll notify you when it opens.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email the day your order ships. Founding orders ship in the order they were placed.
Returns and refunds
Unopened returns
Return unopened Velq within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Email us and we'll send instructions.
Opened, tried it, not for you
If you've tried it and it isn't for you, contact us within 30 days. We'll refund your first order even if it's opened, once per customer.
If something arrives damaged
Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it at no cost. No need to return the damaged one.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we process them.
