Information you choose to share

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address, your express consent to receive marketing emails, signup time and product interest. We do not collect a phone number through the current waitlist popup.

When you shop or contact us, we may also collect the information necessary to process your request, including purchase and shipping information handled by our commerce providers.

How we use the information

We use signup details to maintain the Velq waitlist, send the launch and product updates you requested, prevent duplicate or fraudulent signups, and measure which content and marketing channels help visitors find Velq.

Marketing choices

Marketing email signup is optional and the checkbox is not preselected. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We do not add people to the email list solely because they visited the site.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page activity and completed waitlist signups. Analytics technologies may use cookies or similar browser identifiers. Our early-access popup also stores a simple browser preference to avoid repeatedly showing the prompt after you dismiss or complete it. The popup preference does not store your email address.

If an eligible, opted-in subscriber later uses a connected email-marketing service, certain product-interaction events may be associated with that subscriber to help provide relevant Velq updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Browser settings can restrict or clear cookies, although this may affect some site preferences.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website, maintain our waitlist, deliver opt-in emails and measure performance. These may include website hosting, Google Analytics, Klaviyo when connected, and Shopify for checkout. Providers receive only information needed for their services. We do not activate anonymous identity matching or sell visitor contact lists through our current waitlist popup.

To request access, correction, deletion, or details about your information, email support@velqnutrition.com. We will review and respond as required by applicable law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and retain personal information only as needed for the purposes described above, legal requirements, and legitimate business records.

Children

Velq is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect children's information through our waitlist.
