Protein Gummies With Fiber: 2026 Label Comparison

By Joseph Velasquez, Velq founder · Published · Label information reviewed (UTC)

Comparing protein gummies with fiber starts with the complete serving. Cutfruit publishes 20 g protein and 5 g fiber in a 12-gummy, 60 g pouch. The current Kuma Berry Fusion and OAKA Mixed Berry pouch labels each publish 20 g protein and 3.5 g fiber, with different serving details. This guide explains those differences and links each figure to its manufacturer source. Velq's formula is set, but its retail label is not yet published, so its figures remain separate from current retail-label benchmarks.

Our relationship to Velq: This guide is published by Velq, which is developing protein-and-fiber gummies. The current comparisons are an analysis of manufacturer-published labels and product information. We did not purchase or laboratory-test the products, verify their clinical outcomes, or independently confirm testing claims. Velq figures describe its stated prelaunch formula and are excluded from the serving study and its calculations.

What to check in protein-and-fiber gummies

Three numbers come first: protein grams, fiber grams and the number of gummies in the complete serving. Kuma publishes ten gummies per 20 g protein pouch; Cutfruit publishes twelve. OAKA’s current pouch label does not establish its piece count. If you eat only one gummy, you should not assume you received the protein or fiber amount displayed for the full pouch.

The named ingredients matter too. The labels checked here include pea protein and collagen peptides fortified with amino acids; other protein products can use whey or different blends. They are not automatically interchangeable protein sources. Fiber can likewise come from different ingredients. A shopper seeking more protein, someone comparing fiber intake, and someone who prefers a stimulant-free product may reasonably choose different options.

What changed in this review: We inspected Kuma’s gallery label and OAKA’s current pouch label, which both state 3.5 g dietary fiber. OAKA’s older eight-gummy listing is a different source and is not used to fill its current pouch’s missing piece count. See the source notes and review limits.

Which Protein Gummy Fits Your Buying Goal?

Cutfruit: a 12-gummy pouch with published protein and fiber amounts

Cutfruit’s Wild Berry Supplement Facts panel lists 20 g protein, 5 g dietary fiber, 140 calories and 2 g total sugars in one 12-gummy, 60 g pouch. It also declares 0 g added sugars. The ingredient list names hydrolyzed collagen peptides with added amino acids, plus soluble tapioca fiber among the other ingredients. These are manufacturer-published specifications; we have not independently measured the finished product.

The complete serving matters: dividing the label values by twelve gives approximately 1.67 g protein and 0.42 g fiber per gummy. Those figures are arithmetic estimates from a rounded label, not laboratory measurements of individual gummies. The page offers preorders, so confirm shipping terms before expecting immediate delivery. Read Cutfruit’s serving panel and current order details.

Kuma: a 10-gummy pouch with 3.5 g labeled fiber

Kuma’s current Berry Fusion gallery label states 20 g protein, 3.5 g dietary fiber, 85 calories and 0 g total sugars per 30 g pouch. Its product FAQ says one pouch contains ten gummies. The panel lists pea protein, allulose, erythritol and pectin among its ingredients.

Using that verified piece count gives 2 g protein and 0.35 g fiber per gummy. The specific current panel supplies the fiber figure that was not established in this article’s earlier homepage-only review. Some separate brand comparison prose describes fiber differently; this comparison uses the current product-gallery panel. Read the product page and serving FAQ and the linked Supplement Facts image.

OAKA: a labeled pouch with an unverified piece count

The current OAKA Mixed Berry 12-pack page links a pouch label with 20 g protein, 3.5 g dietary fiber, 95 calories and 0 g total sugars. Its serving is one pouch. The label’s ingredient list includes pea protein and fructooligosaccharide, along with allulose, monk fruit extract and pectin. The reviewed panel does not separately declare added-sugar grams.

We could not establish the number of gummies or serving mass for that exact pouch from the checked page or panel. Its per-gummy result is therefore left unavailable. We do not combine this pouch’s nutrients with the eight-gummy count from an older, separate listing. Use the current Mixed Berry 12-pack page and its pouch nutrition label, then confirm the physical package you receive.

Velq: a formula in development

Velq's strawberry formula includes protein, prebiotic fiber, caffeine and L-theanine. The table shows its stated per-packet amounts; retail labeling, independent verification, pricing and shipping dates are not yet published. Those targets are not included in the study’s current label sample or in its preset calculations.

Why the Protein Source Matters More Than the Gummy Shape

When comparing 20g protein gummies, the number is only a starting point. Product ingredients can include whey, peas, collagen or blends. Each source brings its own amino-acid profile, potential allergens and manufacturing constraints. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements explains why total dietary protein, amino acids, and overall nutrition matter for physically active adults. A gummy format does not by itself prove equivalent nutritional usefulness across different formulations.

For a practical buyer, the questions are: how many gummies make up the advertised serving, how much protein is provided, what is the source, and what other ingredients accompany that serving? Compare product labels against your needs, without assuming the highest number automatically creates better athletic or digestive outcomes.

What About Fiber, Sugar and Caffeine?

Look at the specific fiber ingredient and grams per full serving. Gummies sold with a prebiotic claim can use different fibers, and tolerance can vary. Follow the current package instructions. Serving arithmetic compares label amounts; it is not a recommendation to increase a supplement dose or a prediction of digestive outcomes.

Zero sugar is not the same as no sweeteners. The FDA's added-sugars label guidance distinguishes total sugars from added sugars. Read the ingredient list as well, including sugar alcohols if relevant. Velq's zero-sugar positioning is still a development-stage claim, and its final ingredients should be checked before purchasing.

Remember that Velq currently describes caffeine in its intended formula. If you want a caffeine-free gummy or are purchasing for someone who should avoid caffeine, filter by the product's actual caffeine disclosure rather than choosing a gummy only because it contains fiber and protein.

Questions People Ask Before Buying

How much protein can gummies contain?

The current Cutfruit, Kuma and OAKA labels reviewed here each publish 20 g protein per complete pouch. Cutfruit’s pouch has twelve gummies and Kuma’s has ten; OAKA’s exact count was not verified. These three products are a selected comparison, not a market-wide range. Read the full serving and protein source.

What protein gummies have fiber too?

The reviewed Cutfruit Wild Berry panel lists 5 g dietary fiber per pouch. The current Kuma Berry Fusion and OAKA Mixed Berry pouch panels each list 3.5 g. Their serving sizes and ingredients differ. The gummy serving study provides the dated source record for each.

Are 20g protein gummies the same as a protein bar?

The protein number alone is not enough: compare the protein source, complete portion, calories, sugar, fiber, allergens and price. A gummy pouch is not automatically a meal replacement, and matching protein grams does not establish equal nutritional performance.

How much protein and fiber are in one gummy?

Divide the full serving’s grams by its verified gummy count. From the rounded labels, Cutfruit works out to about 1.67 g protein and 0.42 g fiber per gummy; Kuma works out to 2 g protein and 0.35 g fiber. OAKA has no per-gummy result because its current pouch’s count is not established. Compare those servings in the calculator.

How do I compare zero sugar with no added sugar?

Total sugars and added sugars are separate label entries. A no-added-sugar statement does not establish zero total sugar. Compare the declared values and ingredient list, and leave a missing added-sugar amount unverified instead of filling it with zero.

How should I compare caffeine?

Check an explicit caffeine amount on each finished label or ask the manufacturer. This audit did not establish caffeine amounts for the three current protein-gummy rows, so it does not mark them caffeine-free. Velq's formula includes caffeine, but its retail label is not yet published.

Can I buy Velq protein and fiber gummies today?

No. Velq is developing its strawberry gummy formula, and the final label, availability and retail pricing remain subject to confirmation. You can join its free launch waitlist.

How can I compare cost per serving?

Divide the exact purchase price by the number of complete labeled servings in that package. Use the same price basis for both products, including any relevant shipping, and distinguish a one-time purchase from a subscription offer. Our label-value calculator works with the figures you enter; this guide has not audited current prices.

Sources and Our Review Limits

Latest source observation: October 20, 2026 (UTC). The current comparisons use manufacturer-published information for three named protein-gummy products. The wider seven-product serving study includes four fiber-focused gummies, the original dataset and reproducible methods. The sample is deliberately selected and does not represent every gummy product on the market.

  • Cutfruit: Wild Berry Supplement Facts on the manufacturer homepage. One 12-count, 60 g pouch; the same page presents preorder options.
  • Kuma: Berry Fusion product page and serving FAQ, with its current gallery label. The specific panel establishes 3.5 g fiber per pouch; the FAQ establishes ten gummies. Older prose elsewhere on the brand site is not used to overwrite that panel.
  • OAKA: Mixed Berry 12-pack pouch page, with its linked nutrition image. The label establishes 3.5 g fiber, while piece count and mass remain unverified. Older listings and marketplace variants are excluded.
  • PROTEDY: Previous information was reviewed on October 13. Its manufacturer site was unavailable during the October 20 update, so previous numeric claims are not treated as current and are excluded from the study.
  • Velq: Stated per-packet formula amounts from our own prelaunch positioning. No finished-product label is established, so Velq is excluded from the current research sample and calculations.

Values are transcribed from the named source and should be checked against the current physical package before purchase. A declared number is a manufacturer claim, not a measurement performed by Velq. Missing values are not zero. Per-gummy figures divide the labeled nutrient amount by a verified piece count and round to two decimal places; label rounding and variation between individual gummies limit precision. These calculations do not prescribe a dose.

We did not independently evaluate customer outcomes, amino-acid quality, digestibility, certification or third-party test results. This guide establishes no clinical or product-superiority ranking. The NIH and FDA links above explain general nutrition and label concepts; they do not endorse these products. This article was originally published October 13, 2026 and substantively updated October 20, 2026.
